All products are sold with a 90-day part and labor warranty unless the manufacturer offers an extended warranty. We encourage you to upgrade to a full-service Maintenance Agreement that includes all parts, labor, and supplies including toner, developer and drum. Our White Glove service includes set-up, delivery, installation, and connectivity. Our factory-trained and authorized technicians will set up and configure your device. We will coordinate a mutually agreed-upon date for delivery, install your equipment and even connect to your network.
